Outline of Research at the Start	非アルコール性脂肪性肝疾患は肝癌や肝硬変に進展しうる脂肪肝を基盤とした慢性肝疾患であり、薬物療法は未だ確立していない。運動によって発現が惹起される肝由来の分泌タンパクは、運動惹起性ヘパトカインとしてバイオマーカーや創薬への研究への発展が期待される。本研究ではヒトキメラ肝マウスと高感度かつ定量性に優れた新たなプロテオーム解析法であるProximity Extension Assayを用い、新規運動惹起性ヘパトカインを同定し、脂肪性肝疾患の肝病態に与える影響を検証する。
