Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、Bcl6の過剰発現によって早期の脂肪肝や肝炎を誘導できる知見を元に、Bcl6下流シグナルの制御によって非アルコール性脂肪肝炎（NASH）の新規治療法の開発が可能か、1. Bcl6による脂肪肝炎制御に関係するドメイン構造・コファクターの解析、2. Bcl6コファクター制御による脂肪肝病態の変化、といった検討を行う。この目的のため、機能ドメインの欠損や塩基置換を誘導したBcl6変異体を作製しマウスへの過剰発現を行うことで、NASH病態が変化するか検討するとともに、Bcl6コファクターの欠損マウスを作製することで、NASHへの関与を解析する。
