Outline of Research at the Start	がん薬物療法による心機能障害において、がん由来のエクソソームに含有されるmiRNAが心臓組織の構造や機能に対して与える影響について解析を行い、がん治療関連心機能障害の分子病態の解明と、新たな診断法や治療法の確立を目指す。本研究では、がん由来因子としてエクソソームに含有されるmiRNAに着目し、がん治療関連心機能障害の病態形成に関わるmiRNAの同定と機序解明、さらにmiRNAの機能阻害による新たな予防法の開発を目指す。がん治療関連心機能障害の分子病態の本質へと迫り、新たな診断法と治療法の基盤の確立が期待される。
