Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、全身SGLT2欠失マウスを用いてHFpEFモデルを作成し、SGLT2阻害の直接的な心不全改善機序について心腎連関やオートファジーの関与の検討をおこなうとともに、心不全改善に関わる新規体液性因子の網羅的探索をおこなう。さらには、SGLT2以外の治療標的が存在する可能性について、SGLT2欠失マウスにSGLT2阻害薬を投与し検討する。以上により、SGLT2阻害によるHFpEFの病態改善の分子レベルでの機序解明と治療応用を目指す。
