Outline of Research at the Start	肥満糖尿病に合併する高血圧の生命予後改善には有効な高血圧治療戦略が必要である。本研究では肥満糖尿病合併高血圧ラットを用いて、視床下部－腎神経連関の役割を明らかにする。具体的には、1)腎炎症により求心性腎神経が活性化するか、2)視床下部メラノコルチン系の活性化により交感神経が活性化し血圧が上昇するか、3)求心性腎除神経により視床下部メラノコルチン系の活性化と高血圧が改善するか、4)GLP-1受容体作動薬とSGLT2阻害薬導入後に、求心性腎神経と視床下部メラノコルチン系の活性化が是正されるかを明らかにする。本研究は肥満糖尿病における高血圧の新規の成因解明と治療への応用に貢献する。
