Outline of Research at the Start	肺高血圧症（PH）の確定診断は心臓カテーテル検査により行われるが、心エコー検査は非侵襲的に心機能・形態を評価することが可能であり、PHにおける最も重要なスクリーニング検査である。欧州ではより早期の症例をPHと定義する形で診断基準が改訂されている一方で、従来の心エコー指標・アルゴリズムが早期症例の検出に有用であるかどうかは明らかではない。心エコーによる右室機能指標などの新規指標がより有用である可能性もあり、本研究ではPHの早期診断において有用な心エコー指標を明らかとし、新たなスクリーニング指標・アルゴリズムを確立することを目的とする。
