| Outline of Research at the Start |
１．発作性心房細動患者において高周波及び、各種バルーンデバイスを用いた肺静脈隔離前後のP-loopを記録し定量的に比較する
２．左房後壁隔離を施行した場合はその後のP-loop変化も定量的に評価する
３．3Dマッピングシステムを用いて肺静脈隔離後の隔離範囲を測定し隔離面積とP-loop変化の関係性を解析する
４．左房興奮伝播マッピングを作成し、肺静脈及び左房後壁興奮時相においてP-loopにどのように影響を与えるのかを定量的に評価する
５．術後再発患者における肺静脈及び左房後壁再伝導の有無とP-loopの変化率を測定し再伝導を予測できるかを統計学的に解析する
