Outline of Research at the Start	１）親の臨床所見（LDL-C値、アキレス腱肥厚、冠動脈疾患罹患の有無など）を参考にして、小児ＦＨの将来のリスクを予測し、個別化医療・先制医療を行うことが可能になる。２）早発性冠動脈疾患発症前の40歳代の親ＦＨの臨床所見より、同世代のＦＨ患者における冠動脈疾患罹患率や冠動脈疾患診断検査の推奨基準に関するエビデンスが得られる。３）リバースカスケードにより親ＦＨの早期診断・早期治療が実現し、冠動脈疾患発症予防を達成できれば、小児ＦＨスクリーニングの優れた費用対効果を示すことが可能になる。
