Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、大動脈弁狭窄症に対する経カテーテル大動脈弁留置術（TAVI）の術前評価において、造影剤を使用しない心臓CTとMRIのフュージョン画像の技術を確立し、画像の正確性やこれに基づくTAVIの成績を評価することで、造影剤が使用困難な患者に対してもTAVIを可能とするものである。二つの異なる患者集団で、1）フュージョン画像の正確性、2）フュージョン画像に基づくTAVIの臨床成績を検証する。
