Outline of Research at the Start	心房細動の病態に炎症・線維化の関与が想定されているが、詳細な機序は未解明である。心房細動患者の左心房組織に浸潤する免疫細胞をシングルセルRNAシークエンス(scRNAseq)解析により調査し、病態への関与とメカニズムを解明する。さらに、心房細動モデルマウスを用いて、心房細動に特異的な炎症・線維化への介入実験を実施し、新規心房細動治療・予防法を提案する。
