Outline of Research at the Start	拡張型心筋症を主とする非虚血性心筋症は心筋の障害をきたす疾患であるが、心筋障害の進展にはさまざまな因子が関わるとされる。本研究は、非虚血性心筋症患者においては存在頻度や病態形成における意義などが不明な微小循環障害に着目し、画像検査、病理学検査、遺伝学的検査、血液バイオマーカー指標などを用いて、微小循環障害の状況を明らかにし、非虚血性心筋症の心筋障害の進展につながる微小循環障害の形成・進展に関わる病態の解明を目指す。
