Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、カテーテルアブレーションを施行する心不全合併心房細動患者において、心臓CTにおける心室の心筋性状判定が、カテーテルアブレーション後の心不全の改善および心機能改善を予測できるかである。カテーテルアブレーション前に、基礎データおよびCTによる左室心筋遅延造影の有無と心筋造影効果に基づいたサブトラクション法によるECVを計測する。アブレーション後、1ヶ月、3ヶ月、6ヶ月、12ヶ月毎に、症状、BNP値を含むバイオマーカー測定、心エコーによる心機能評価を行い、術前のCTによる心筋性状の評価と、アブレーション後の左室機能の改善の関係を検討する。
