Outline of Research at the Start	超高齢化社会において、健康寿命延伸のためのフレイルを考慮した心血管疾患管理戦略を開発することは極めて重要である。虚弱は抗血栓療法下の患者における出血リスクの1つとして認識されているが、その正確な病態はまだ不明である。虚弱者における血中アミノ酸プロファイルの特異的な変動が明らかになっており、血中アミノ酸プロファイルを現在のリスク評価に組み込むことは，出血リスクを示す基盤病態の理解と治療標的の同定に有望である。本研究の目的は、虚弱を含む出血リスクの高い冠動脈疾患患者の血中アミノ酸プロファイルの特徴を明らかにし、使用しやすい、定量性の高いリスクスコアを開発することである。
