Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ナトリウム利尿ペプチド（NP）補充による心保護効果として、ケトン体利用、心臓エネルギー代謝に及ぼす影響、に着目した。肥満や糖尿病などのインスリン抵抗性（IR）増大群は心不全増悪のハイリスク因子であるが、一方で相対的NP不足状態である”Low NP”に陥っている。そこでLow NPの慢性心不全症例が、NP補充によりケトン体利用促進、心臓エネルギー代謝改善作用を強く発揮するresponderとなりうるのか、臨床研究と基礎研究の両面から検証する。
