Outline of Research at the Start	本計画書の核となる好酸球炎症を反映する新規BM候補は同定済みであり、今後は次世代プロテオミクス（DIA & MRM）による検証と組織プロテオームによる肺内病変を反映するＢＭの絞り込みとマルチオミクスが課題となる。申請者と分担者は、研究計画に対する高い遂行能力を有しているだけでなく、今までの背景（着想経緯）から、研究仮説が検証される可能性は高く、気管支喘息における2型炎症を鑑別する画期的BMの開発だけでなく、病態解明を目指す。
