Outline of Research at the Start

本研究計画では喘息発症のリスク因子である生育期ストレスである低出生体重、小児肥満のTRM細胞機能への影響を検討する。具体的には妊娠マウスへ低栄養条件を加え、また新生児マウスに高脂肪食を与えることによりTRM細胞に生じる遺伝子発現変化を単細胞RNAシークエンス法により検討する。また、これらの変化が成長後に如何にして残存するかをATACシークエンスにより検討する。さらにこれらのTRM細胞のアレルギー性気道炎症発症における働きを明らかにする。
