Outline of Research at the Start	真菌感作が関与する下気道を病変の主座とするアレルギー性気道疾患にはアレルギー性気管支肺真菌症（Allergic bronchopulmonary mycosis: ABPM）と真菌感作喘息（asthma with fungal sensitization, AFS）がある。ABPMとAFSは「喘息」という背景因子と「気道に腐生する糸状菌への感作により惹起される」という共通の基礎病態を有するが、その臨床像は大きく異なる。本研究ではABPMとAFSの相違を①両疾患の全国調査の統合解析（臨床像及び気道病変の画像解析）②血中バイオマーカー解析③気道真菌叢解析と気道上皮細胞の網羅的遺伝子発現解析により明らかにし、両疾患の発症要因・病態の解明を目指す。
