Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、遺伝子改変マウスや病態モデルを用いて肺での脂肪酸組成とミトコンドリアの品質維持機構、病態への影響を解析し、肺線維症と肺気腫の病態に共通した因子を明らかにするとともに、脂肪酸を基軸とした新規予防・治療戦略の構築を目的とする。
