Outline of Research at the Start	薬剤性間質性肺炎はあらゆる薬剤が原因となって発症しえるため、全ての臨床医が認識するべき重要な疾患である。しかしその表現型には特異的なものがない上に、確立された検査法も存在しないため、診断に難渋することが多い。本研究では質量分析イメージング (MSI)を用いて、有効な検査法の存在しない薬剤性間質性肺炎の新たな診断法と、治療薬の病巣移行性に関する新しい評価法の確立を目指す。薬剤性間質性肺炎の病巣における原因薬剤や治療薬を細胞レベルで可視化することで、その細胞分子病態を明らかにすると共に、新たな診断・治療法の開発への展開を探る。
