Outline of Research at the Start

胸膜中皮腫においてWntシグナル中のDvl-3をsiRNAにより発現抑制することにより、腫瘍増殖が抑制されることを我々は示してきた。このメカニズムを追求することで効率の良い抗腫瘍効果を目指す。
胸膜中皮腫細胞株のDvl-3発現を、siRNAにより一時的に抑制した時と、CRISPER-Cas9を用いてDvl-3を安定的に抑制した時の遺伝子発現の変化を網羅的に解析する。
この解析により、Dvl-3発現抑制による抗腫瘍効果を増強できる因子を探索し、WntシグナルとEGFRシグナル系との相互作用、またオートファジーとの関わりを明らかにする。
