Outline of Research at the Start

免疫チェックポイント療法（ICI療法）は非小細胞肺がんの標準治療となり、Precision Immunotherapyが追究されているが、腫瘍PD-L1以外に効果予測のバイオマーカーがない。我々は、がん精巣抗原のNY-ESO-1とXAGE1に対する血清抗体が、肺がんICI療法の効果と予後を予測することを報告し、本研究では、血清NY-ESO-1とXAGE1抗体を指標として、肺がんのICI療法中に抗体価を経時的にモニタリングして臨床効果と照合し、免疫学的効果、増悪再発、分子標的治療後などの治療内容との関係を解析する。これらの成果を基に、産学共同でICI療法の効果をモニタリングする血清マーカーとして実用化する。
