Outline of Research at the Start	腎硬化症とは高血圧や老化が原因となり糸球体が硬化し、腎不全に至る疾患であるが、病態機序は十分に解明されていない。本研究計画では申請者が独自に開発したヒトiPS細胞由来3D血管を応用した腎硬化症病態モデルを用いて腎硬化症の病態を解明する。さらに同じ物質が健常人と比較して腎硬化症患者血液・尿サンプル中に分泌されているかどうかも検証することで、腎硬化症の診断や予後予測臨床マーカーを同定する。
