Outline of Research at the Start

腎障害に対してMSCが治療効果を発揮する際に、MSCが分泌するEVsに含まれる抗炎症作用や抗線維化作用に関連するタンパク、およびEVsに含まれるmicroRNAの網羅的な解析を行う。さらに、選定したmicroRNAをノックダウンしたMSC、MSC由来EVsの治療効果について、マウス腎虚血再灌流モデルを用いて検討し、さらに選定したmicroRNAの役割についても明らかにする。
