Outline of Research at the Start	糸球体足細胞や尿細管細胞の小胞体（ER）膜のリアノジン受容体（RyR2）を標的とし、ERストレスを抑制することで慢性腎臓病（CKD）の進展（糸球体硬化・タンパク尿）を阻止する新たな治療法を開発する。基礎研究としてCKDに対するRyR2安定化治療の分子学的機序を解明し、特定臨床研究「進行したCKD患者におけるRyR安定化薬の有効性と安全性を評価する多施設ランダム化二重盲検試験」の準備を進めていくために、パイロット試験を実施する。
