Outline of Research at the Start	円形脱毛症は慢性に経過する原因不明の多因子疾患であり、細胞傷害性免疫細胞による、毛包への自己免疫的攻撃とそれによる傷害が本態と考えられているが、その重症化の機序はまだまだわからないことがおおい。近年、円形脱毛症はアトピー性皮膚炎の合併が多く、また合併例では円形脱毛症に関して重症かつ難治であることも注目されている。本研究は、この2つの免疫病態間のクロストークのメカニズムを解明することを目的とする。
