Outline of Research at the Start

近年、Epidermal differentiation complex上に存在するRPTN、CRNN、SPRR3、LELP1の遺伝子多型とアトピー性皮膚炎の病態に関与する報告が散見されている。しかし、その表皮における基本的な機能やアトピー性皮膚炎における病因的意義に関しては解析されていない。本研究ではこれらの分子の表皮角化細胞の増殖・分化、バリア形成や恒常性維持における役割とアトピー性皮膚炎の病態形成における関与の解明に焦点をあて解析する。
