Outline of Research at the Start	糖尿病や静脈瘤による難治性皮膚潰瘍はQOLを著しく障害する。したがって新規治療薬の開発が期待されている。我々は高濃度トレハロース処理によりCDKN1A/p21経路を介して線維芽細胞を創傷治癒に有利に働くsenescence-like stateの状態へ一時的に誘導できることを世界で初めて発見して報告している。本研究では、線維芽細胞を高濃度トレハロースで処理した培養液を用いたプロテオーム・エクソソーム解析を行って創傷治癒に有用な分子の同定を行うための実験を実施する。また、培養角化細胞や難治性創傷治癒動物モデルも用いて難治性潰瘍の新規治療薬の開発を目指す。
