Outline of Research at the Start

最近まで日本人のメラノーマの遺伝子異常については詳細が不明でした。そこで我々はメラノーマ解析用のシーケンスパネルを作成して106例の解析を行い、主なドライバー変異を明らかにしました。今回の研究では、まず異常が検出されなかったサンプルで全ゲノムシーケンスを行うことで、全症例の遺伝子異常を明らかにします。さらに新規の症例から腫瘍、血中循環腫瘍細胞をサンプリングして、これらの遺伝子異常を解析し、これらのゲノム情報を先制的な治療に応用することを目指しています。
