Outline of Research at the Start	重症円形脱毛症（alopecia areata:AA）に対する経口ヤヌスキナーゼ（Janus Kinase:JAK）阻害薬内服療法の効果は症例毎に異なり、治療反応性への規定因子については未だ不明な点が多い。また、奏効率は症例毎に異なるため治療効果の予測が難しく、治療予測因子の同定が急務である。本研究は、先行研究で見出したCD8陽性T細胞の一つであるterminal differential effector memory T（TEMRA）細胞の変動に着目し、重症AAにおけるJAK阻害薬の治療効果を予測するバイオマーカーの確立を目指す。
