Outline of Research at the Start	乳児の出生コホート研究参加者及びすでに小児アトピー性皮膚炎と確定診断した患者、健常児を対象に、in vivo共焦点ラマン分光装置による角層内因子の解析及び遺伝子情報解析を行い、アトピー性皮膚炎・アレルギー疾患の発症との相関、経過、予後によるサブタイプを層別化し、アトピー性皮膚炎・アレルギー疾患の発症、増悪に関与するバイオマーカー及び遺伝学的背景を解明することを目的とする。アトピー性皮膚炎のフェノタイプを予測するバイオマーカーを解明することができれば、アトピー性皮膚炎の発症予測、患者の層別化、さらには患者背景に応じた最適な予防法、治療法を選択するための有用な知見を得ることが期待できる。
