Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では造血幹細胞の亜集団の関連性・階層性・識別法を探索し、骨髄移植なしに簡便に亜集団を識別できる方法を開発する。将来的には本研究で得た知見を体外増幅したヒト造血幹細胞の品質管理に応用することを目指す。現在、ランダムDNAバーコードを用いた新規解析法により亜集団間の関連性を解析中である。本研究では、亜集団の階層性と亜集団を識別できるマーカー探索を中心に研究を進め、これらのデータを統合することで亜集団の包括的な理解を目指す。
