Outline of Research at the Start	多くのB細胞性リンパ腫病型においてB細胞受容体(BCR)シグナルの過剰活性化が疾患形成に関与し、新たな治療標的となっているが、その制御戦略の開発は十分ではない。B細胞性リンパ腫において、BCRシグナル伝達の足場となるシグナロソーム構成分子の翻訳後修飾が、液-液相分離の機序を介してBCRシグナロソーム制御機構を破綻させ、BCRシグナルを促進する可能性を見出した。本研究は、この仮説検証のもと、難治性B細胞性リンパ腫に特有の新規BCRシグナル活性化機構を解明し、治療標的開発への発展を目指すための基盤的研究である。
