Outline of Research at the Start	多発性骨髄腫の治療は劇的に進歩してきたがいずれ治療薬に耐性化して再発する。本研究では、多発性骨髄腫に対する抗体療法やキメラ抗原受容体T細胞療法の標的タンパクであるCD38、SLAMF7、BCMA、GPRC5Dのスプライシングバリアントをシングルセルレベルで解析し、新規のバリアントを同定し、抗体薬耐性獲得機序の解明とスプライシングバリアント特異的な治療法の開発を目指す。
