Outline of Research at the Start

近年の遺伝子解析技術の進歩により、急性リンパ芽球性白血病（ALL）の遺伝子異常は急速に解明され、これらの疾患情報は公共データベース（DB）に公開されており、そのサンプル数は極めて多く、解析結果の正確性は高い。
アカデミア創薬には、膨大な化合物ライブラリーおよび標的分子同定のための多数患者の遺伝子解析が必須である。本申請課題は公共DBを用いALLに対する新規標的分子の同定および標的治療薬を発掘し、それらの有効性を検証する情報科学と生命科学を融合させた研究である。本研究の成果は、ALLに対する新規治療標的分子の同定、それらに対するアカデミア創薬の実現ならびにドラッグリポジショニングに貢献できる。
