Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、キメラ抗原受容体T細胞 (CAR-T細胞) における共受容体分子 (CD8・CD4) の役割を明確にする。そして、T細胞が発現している内在性TCR分子よりも、遺伝子導入されるCAR分子に共受容体分子を引き寄せることができる新型CAR遺伝子を作製する。その結果、特に他家T細胞を用いた場合において、副作用に繋がることが想定されるTCR分子からの反応性を減弱し、逆にCAR分子からの反応性を高めることができる次世代CAR-T細胞の開発に繋げる。
