Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、PV/ET症例を対象に、1)骨髄細胞でのGRP78のタンパク発現レベル、2)血中GRP78濃度および3)血中抗GRP78自己抗体価を測定し、臨床データと照らし合わせた後方視的解析を行い、血栓病態との関連性を検証することを目的とする。GRP78が血栓病態を引き起こす細胞生物学メカニズムとしては、TF活性化に注目して解析を進める。
