Outline of Research at the Start	悪性リンパ腫に対する抗がん剤治療において、リンパ腫細胞が腫瘍微小環境から受けるシグナルが存在すると、抗がん剤による細胞殺傷効果が下がることが知られている。これまでの研究で、ユビキチン鎖結合阻害薬により、こうした免疫微小環境から受ける生存シグナルが細胞死をもたらすシグナルに変換される可能性が示唆された。そこで、このメカニズムを利用してリンパ腫細胞のみに選択的に殺傷できる方法をみつけることを本研究の目的とする。
