Outline of Research at the Start

抗MDA5抗体陽性の急速進行性間質性肺疾患併発皮膚筋炎におけるMDA5および抗MDA5抗体の病因的役割をあきらかにして有効な新規治療法を追究するために，免疫機構で重要な役割を果たしているT細胞，B細胞機能の両面から検証を試みる．3年間の研究期間で，同病態におけるMDA5の関与を明確にして，病勢をコントロールする有効な治療法について検討する．
