Outline of Research at the Start

全身性強皮症患者の肺組織を用いて網羅的遺伝子発現解析（トランスクリプトーム解析）、免疫組織染色などの手法を活用することで、肺組織のDNAメチル化と遺伝子発現の細胞特異的パターンの解明、線維化制御シグナルの同定を行い、分子病態を詳細に解明することが期待できる。
