Outline of Research at the Start

全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）患者に特異的に検出される自己抗体の一種である抗リボゾームP抗体（抗P抗体）の抗体価は、SLEの病勢を反映する。SLE患者における免疫反応と抗P抗体との因果関係、および抗P抗体により活性化される免疫細胞の同定と、そこで生じる免疫反応を明らかにするため、SLE患者末梢血白血球の発現遺伝子の経時的変化を解析し、また免疫細胞に抗P抗体を反応させた際に誘導される免疫反応を明らかにする。
