Outline of Research at the Start	転写因子T-betを発現しているCD11c+B細胞は、加齢のみならず感染症や自己免疫疾患などの病態における重要性が着目されている。ただ、これまでの知見から、CD11c+B細胞は明らかにヘテロな細胞集団である。本研究では、特にDN(CD11c+CD27-)とCD11c+CD27+B細胞に着目し、これらのサブセットの自己免疫疾患 (RA, SLE, SSc)の病態における役割を明らかにする。また、CD11c+B細胞サブセットの新規マーカーの探索によって、高い病原性をもつB細胞の同定が可能となれば、本疾患に対する新規治療法の開発の観点からも、本研究は貴重な知見を与えてくれる。
