Outline of Research at the Start	アレルゲン免疫療法(allergen immunotherapy,AIT)がもたらす免疫寛容的効果については未解明な部分が多い。我々は主にダニ抗原の鼻炎合併アトピー型喘息を対象に、T濾胞ヘルパー(T follicular helper,Tfh)細胞、末梢性ヘルパーT(Peripheral helper T: Tph)細胞、ダニ抗原特異的免疫グロブリンに着目し、Tfh細胞とTph細胞をAITにおいて包括的に解析する。また、AITで未解明の課題となっている至適治療期間と治療効果持続の機序を、両細胞の検討及びAITにおける持続的アレルゲン負荷による免疫疲弊、さらに免疫記憶の観点からも解析したい。
