Outline of Research at the Start	関節リウマチ（RA）は全身の関節炎と関節破壊をきたす自己免疫性疾患である。RA の免疫異常に関与する分子を標的とする生物学的製剤やJAK阻害薬が開発されたことで，近年その治療成績は飛躍的に改善した一方で、生物学的製剤やJAK阻害薬を用いても十分な治療ができない治療困難な患者群や、どのような治療をしても関節破壊が極端に進行する群が存在する。このため、RAは単一の疾患というよりは、様々な病態が存在する不均一な疾患と考えられている。治療アウトカムを事前に予測し、患者個人に合わせた治療の「最適化」はRA診療における重要な課題である。本研究は患者血液中の細胞解析し個別化治療の道を拓くことを目的とする。
