Outline of Research at the Start

NPSLEは神経精神症状を呈する予後不良合併症であるが、明確な診断基準や診断方法が存在せしない。画像診断では主に単純MRIが用いられ、特徴的な変化の一つとして脳萎縮があるが、これまでの研究結果は一定しない。本研究では日本最大規模のSLEコホートおよび脳ドックデータバンクから画像データを収集する。”SynthSR” で画像処理を行った上で、NPSLEに特徴的な脳萎縮領域を特定する。次に同定した萎縮領域をのBAADで解析し、日常診療の単純MRI画像からNPSLEに特徴的な脳萎縮領域を評価する診断補助プログラムの開発を目指す。
