Outline of Research at the Start	我々の先行研究から、2023年の論文にて乳児期の唾液接触が学齢期のアトピー性皮膚炎やアレルギー性鼻炎の発症リスクを低下させる可能性があることを報告した。この結果から、乳児期の口腔内細菌の母子間の移行による口腔内細菌叢や腸内細菌叢の細菌の多様性や、免疫刺激の関与が推測される。そこで今回、食物アレルギー発症乳児と発症していない乳児およびその母親の口腔内細菌叢を調べ、詳しく解析する。同様に、アトピー性皮膚炎についても解析を行う。母子間の唾液接触との関連性も含め、母子の口腔内細菌叢とアレルギー発症との関連性を調べる。本研究の成果は、新しいアレルギー疾患予防法の開発に貢献することが期待される。
