Outline of Research at the Start	寄生虫症を正確に診断し病因寄生虫を鑑別することは、「適切で迅速な治療」と「流行状況の把握」のために非常に重要である。本研究の目的は「寄生虫検査の経験のない人でも迅速かつ簡便に、寄生虫を網羅的に種鑑別診断でき、かつ社会実装できる高精度なpoint-of-care診断法」を開発することである。具体的には、ポータブルPCR装置を使用し、さらにポータブル次世代シーケンサーを組み合わせることにより、臨床現場や流行地で使用できる寄生虫の網羅的な種鑑別診断法を開発する。
