Outline of Research at the Start	近年、腸内細菌はヒトの生理機能に大きな影響を与えることが明らかとなってきている。本研究者らは、腸内細菌叢はホスト側の免疫反応の多様性にも影響を与えているのではないかとの仮説を立てた。そこで本研究では、免疫反応の多様性と相関関係を示す腸内細菌叢の特徴を明らかにする。先行研究の参加者から得られた便検体を次世代シーケンサーを用いて16S rRNAメタゲノム解析を行い、サンプルに紐付くメタデータを駆使することで免疫反応と相関関係を示す腸内環境を明らかにする。さらに、免疫反応を予測するバイオマーカーとなりうる細菌群を特定する。
