Outline of Research at the Start	これまでの研究で、コロナウイルスに抗ウイルス活性を有するイソフラボン類を複数見出した。そこでCOVID-19の大流行の次に来るかもしれない高病原性RNAウイルス感染症に対応するため、下記の項目について実験研究を行う。イソフラボンの構造を基に、in silico 解析で、さらに抗ウイルス活性の高い薬剤を設計する。高病原性ウイルス感染症のin vitro 評価系において、最も有効な薬剤を探索する。抗ウイルス効果のある薬剤の存在下でウイルスを培養し、薬剤耐性ウイルスを単離し、薬剤耐性化につながる遺伝子の解析を行う。
