Outline of Research at the Start	甲状腺ホルモン受容体(TR)βの異常症である甲状腺ホルモン不応症は、治療法が確立されておらず、新規治療法開発のためにも一層の病態解明が必要である。一方、TRの作用に重要なヒストン脱アセチル化酵素3(HDAC3)の不応症における役割は明らかになっておらず、TR-HDAC3によるゲノム三次元区画化制御についても報告されていない。本研究では、甲状腺ホルモン不応症におけるHDAC3の役割を、モデルマウスを用いた生体レベルで解明することに加えて、液-液相分離によるゲノム三次元区画化という新たな観点に着目して分子レベルで解明することを目的とする。
