Outline of Research at the Start	女性の晩婚化・晩産化や、妊婦の肥満増加に伴い妊娠糖尿病が増加している。妊娠糖尿病においてインスリン治療が必要になるか否かは大きな問題であるにも関わらず、その予測因子は未だ確立していない。これまでにインスリンやグルカゴンを対象とした研究はみられるが、インスリン抵抗性の基盤であるアディポカインに着目した研究は未だみない。本研究では妊娠糖尿病の成因に関与すると指摘されているアディポネクチン、レプチン、脂肪酸結合型蛋白４(FABP4)を測定し、その結果から妊娠糖尿病におけるインスリン治療導入の予測因子を探索することを目的とする。
